DAY 1 Departure to Tokyo on a Turkish Airlines flight via Istanbul in 9:35 h.
DAY 2 Tokyo Arrival at Narita Airport in 8:55 h. Welcome by a representative of the local company and transfer to the hotel in the Ginza district. Free time for lunch. Before check-in – a walk along the central street of Ginza, where boutiques of world-famous fashion brands and fine restaurants alternate. The neighborhood is among the most prestigious in Tokyo. Its name means "mint", as it was here that the silver coinage center was located, functioned from 1612 Mr. until the 19th century. After check-in at the hotel and a short rest, in the evening a subway visit to the Shinjuku district - a dynamic center of nightlife, famous for its many restaurants, bars and karaoke clubs. We will see the impressive 3D billboard with a cat and walk to Kabukicho - the red light district, where numerous nightclubs and clubs with hostesses are concentrated. Return to the hotel by metro. DAY 3 Tokyo Breakfast. The day is dedicated to the meeting with the modern appearance of Tokyo - dynamic, contrasting and full of stories. We start with a short photo-break at Tokyo Tower - a 333-meter television tower, inspired by the Eiffel Tower. For a long time it has been a symbol of the modern city and today it remains the second tallest in the capital after the Tokyo Skytree. We continue to the famous Shibuya district, where the largest Shinto temple in the city is located - Meiji Jingu. The shrine is dedicated to Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shoken. The Meiji era was a time of profound transformation and opening to the world, marked by the principle of "Japanese spirit and Western knowledge" - striving for modernization without abandoning traditions. Meiji played a key role in this process, by introducing western elements into his court and personal life, including European clothing and wine consumption. Shibuya is also perceived as a district of the young and the new currents. We will walk along Takeshita Street, known for its eccentric shops and themed cafes, including unusual concepts such as a piggy bank. We will also briefly pass along Omotesando Boulevard, often referred to as "Tokyo's Champs-Élysées" for its luxury boutiques and elegant outlook, shaped by the trees on both sides of it. By bus we will move to the iconic Shibuya Scramble Crossing, where hundreds of pedestrians cross simultaneously in all directions – one of the most recognizable scenes of modern Tokyo. We will have a photo opportunity at the statue of Hachiko the dog, became a symbol of fidelity and devotion. For years after the death of its owner, it waits for him every day outside Shibuya Station, while his story touches all of Japan. The monument, erected in his honour, today it is one of the most popular meeting and photo spots in the city. Free time for lunch. Return to the hotel. For those who wish, a visit by public transport to teamLab Borderless – a museum of contemporary interactive digital art is offered for an additional fee. Visitors move freely in a space without clearly defined boundaries, made of light, projections and interactive technologies, which are constantly changing. DAY 4 Tokyo Breakfast. The day begins with a visit to the area around the Imperial Palace. Our first stop is at the statue of the legendary samurai Kusunoki Masashige, lived in the 14th century and was revered as the embodiment of unreserved loyalty to the emperor. Its history is closely related to Emperor Go-Daigo, in whose defense Masashige is willing to sacrifice his life. The monument is located in Kokyo Gaien National Garden - a beautifully landscaped park with trimmed black Japanese pines, located in the very heart of the administrative and financial center of Tokyo. Nijubashi Bridge is within walking distance, known as the "Double Bridge". It is located in front of the main road entrance, leading to the inner territory of the Imperial Palace - zone, unavailable to ordinary visitors. Here we will enjoy an impressive harmony between architecture from the 17th century, extensive green spaces and the modern city skyline of Tokyo. Next is a walk through the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, which occupy an area of ​​approx 21 hectares. During the Edo period, this was the political center of the Tokugawa shogunate. Today, the place of former palaces and administrative buildings is occupied by spacious meadows and gardens, collected vegetation from various regions of Japan. Remains of fortress walls stand out among them, gates and deep moats - silent witnesses to the scale and power of the former Edo palace. We continue to the highest television tower in the world - Tokyo Skytree. From the observatories of

height 350 and 450 meters, an impressive panoramic view of the 14 million-strong metropolis and its surroundings is revealed. Free time for lunch at Tokyo Solamachi shopping complex, located at the foot of the tower. After a short bus ride we arrive at the oldest Buddhist temple in Tokyo - Senso-ji, founded in the 7th century. Its main Kaminarimon gate impresses with an imposing red lantern weighing approx 700 kilograms. According to legend, a small golden statuette of the goddess of mercy Kanon is kept in the temple, discovered by two fisherman brothers in the former fishing village of Edo and donated to their master. The Shinto shrine Asakusa Shrine is also located in the immediate vicinity, dedicated to the brothers and the ruler of the settlement. We will have free time to stroll along the lively Nakamise Street, famous for its souvenirs and traditional Japanese sweets. The day ends with a cruise on the Sumida River to the man-made island of Odaiba - a symbol of modern and futuristic Japan with impressive architecture and museums. Here we will see a replica of the Statue of Liberty, from where a beautiful panorama of Tokyo Bay and the skyscrapers of the city is revealed. We will also have the opportunity to take photos in front of the 19.7-meter Gundam Unicorn robot - an iconic character from the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn animated series. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 5 Tokyo - Hakone - Yokohama Breakfast. We drive to the nearby mountain area of ​​Hakone - a famous resort area, famous for its mineral springs "onsen", its picturesque landscapes and the rich variety of natural and cultural attractions. A scenic cruise on Lake Ashinoko awaits us, whose calm waters reflect the surrounding mountains. With clear weather and a bit of luck, our gaze will be rewarded with the majestic view of Mount Fuji – the most recognizable symbol of Japan. We will go down to the Owakudani valley by cable car, where white columns of smoke and the smell of sulfur remind of the active volcanic nature of the area. Here we will learn more about the local specialty - the famous "black eggs", whose shells darken as a result of a chemical reaction with the geothermal springs and sulfur gases. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon we leave for Yokohama. Hotel accommodation, located next to Yamashita Park. After a short rest, we will go for a walk to Chinatown - one of the largest and most colorful in Japan, located about a ten minute walk. Overnight in Yokohama.

DAY 6 Yokohama - Kamakura - Kyoto Breakfast. Today we head to the historic city of Kamakura – the first shogunate capital in the history of Japan, founded at the end of the XII century. We will visit Kotoku-in Temple, where

the imposing statue of the seated Buddha rises, declared a national treasure. With height 11,3 meters and weight approx 121 tons, it is among the most recognizable images of Japan and impresses with its calmness and monumentality. Next is a visit to the Hasedera Buddhist Temple, founded in the 8th century during the Heian period. The temple is dedicated to the divine figure Kanon - the goddess of mercy and compassion. Here is the famous wooden statue "Cannon with eleven faces", covered in gold and over nine meters high, considered one of the largest and most significant Canon images in the country. We will have free time to walk and have lunch along the lively Komachi Street, filled with traditional shops, patisseries and restaurants. Later, we will head to Shin-Yokohama Station, from where we will board the Shinkansen – the legendary bullet train – to Kyoto Station. The train speeds up to 300 km/h, and the distance of approx 500 kilometers we will cover in approximately two hours. Hotel accommodation. Overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 7 Kyoto Breakfast. The day begins with a visit to the famous Golden Temple - Kinkaku-ji. As its name suggests, the second and third floors of the building are covered with real gold, and its reflection in the waters of the lake, surrounded by a well-maintained park, creates one of Kyoto's most iconic sights. The temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was originally built as a villa for Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu. After his death, at his will, the residence has been converted into a Zen Buddhist temple. Over the centuries, the building was repeatedly destroyed by fires, and its present appearance dates back to the restoration after the great fire in 1950 year. This is followed by participation in a traditional tea ceremony, during which we will get to know philosophy, the etiquette and symbolism of the Japanese tea party. For those who wish, it is possible to wear a kimono for an additional fee from 15 euro, with a prior request at the time of registration, to feel the authentic atmosphere even more fully. In the afternoon we head to the picturesque area of ​​Arashiyama, known for its poetic nature. The wooden Togetsukyo Bridge offers beautiful panoramic views of the river and surrounding hills. Upon arrival we will have free time for lunch and shopping, after which we continue with the tourist program. Arashiyama is famous for its bamboo forest - the promenade walk, surrounded by tall, thin bamboo stems, creates a sense of silence, harmony and closeness with nature. The area is also home to Tenryu-ji Temple – one of the most important Zen Buddhist temples in Kyoto, included in the UNESCO list. It was founded in 1339 year by Shogun Ashikaga Takauji in memory of the late Emperor Go-Daigo. The temple is famous for its extraordinary garden, designed by legendary monk and gardener Muso Soseki.
The central lotus lake, rock compositions and carefully selected vegetation reveal a different face in each season - from the freshness of spring to the rich colors of autumn. Later we will visit the Fushimi Inari Taisha Shinto shrine, dedicated to the deity Inari – patron of fertility, rice and commercial success. Its most impressive part is the corridor of thousands of crimson porti tori, which wind along the slope of Mount Inari and lead to the summit, dotted with numerous smaller shrines. The names of the donors are engraved on each gate, and the stone statues of foxes, considered messengers of Inari, are present everywhere in the complex. On the way back, we will walk around the Gion district - the famous area of ​​geishas and traditional entertainment. The narrow streets, the wooden teahouses and fine restaurants preserve the spirit of old Kyoto and create a feeling of traveling back in time. Return to the hotel. DAY 8 Kyoto - Nara - Osaka Breakfast. The day begins with a visit to Nijo Castle - an impressive complex, consisting of two main parts: Mrs, used as the shogun's residence, and Ninomaru, functioned as an administrative building, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. Ninomaru, which we will look at, was built in 1603 year of Tokugawa Ieyasu - founder of the Tokugawa shogunate, ruled Japan until the 19th century. The building has been declared a national treasure and is famous for its famous 'nightingale floors', which make characteristic sounds when stepped on, създадени като защита срещу неканени посетители.
