Weekend in Sinaia, Bran, Brasov and Bucharest
And the day
Departure in 06:00h from Serdika Bus Station . Travel on the Sofia route – Pleven – ruse, crossing the Danube bridge and the border with Romania. Departure to the capital of Romania – Bucharest, transit through the city in the direction of the majestic Carpathians and its “pearl” – Sinaia resort. Visit to the Sinai Monastery, built in the period 1690-1695.
Hotel accommodation 2*/3*. Free time. Overnight stay.
II day
Breakfast.
At will, visit to the Palace “Peles”- built in the period 1873-1883 year as the summer residence of the Romanian King Carol I. Excursion to Bran and Brasov, at will. Visit to the castle “Bran”, also known as the castle of “Dracula” – the hunting residence of Count Vlad Dracula (an impressive medieval fortress, shrouded in mystery, built between 1377 and 1382 on a rock 60m high). Free time in the castle area. Departure for the center of Bulgarian emigration during the Renaissance – city of Brasov, where Peter Beron published the Fish Primer. The picturesque town is also famous for the fact, that separates the Eastern and Southern Carpathians. Walking tour, are considered: The Black Church, The old town hall, the church “St. Bartholomew” and other. Return to the hotel. Free time.
In the evening, if desired, a visit to a local restaurant, with dinner
a la carte, consisting of traditional dishes. Overnight stay.
3rd day
Breakfast.
Departure to Bucharest – a city of contrasts, one of the largest cities in Central and Eastern Europe, also known as little Paris).
Panoramic tour of the city, at will. They are considered: Triumphal arch, Athens, The National Theatre, The Patriarchal Cathedral, University, Revolution Square, Victory Square, as well as Ceausescu's Palace, currently the state parliament, the second largest building in the world.
Departure for Bulgaria. Arrival in Sofia late in the evening.
• Transport by licensed bus for international transport from Sofia;
• 2 overnight stays with breakfast in a hotel 2/3 * in the Sinai region;
• Guide throughout the trip.
