Bus program with 7 overnight stays

Program:

First day: Departure from Sofia by comfortable bus approx 13:30 h. from an international bus station “Serdica”, from a gas station “MAXOIL” of AM “Thrace” V 14:30 h., from a gas station “OMV” to the Saint Petersburg Hotel in Plovdiv in 15:15 h., from a gas station “MAXOIL” at the exit from Dimitrovgrad in the direction of Haskovo v 16:30 h. Night trip!
Second day: Arrival in Marmaris after 09:30 h. Check-in at the selected hotel after 14:00 h. Overnight stay.
From the third to the eighth day: Free time. Additional excursions on request, against payment on the spot. Overnight stay.
Ninth day: Release of the hotel room no later than 12:00 h. Departure from the respective hotel to Bulgaria after 13:30 h.
Tenth day: Arrival in Plovdiv after 08:00 h. and in Sofia after 10:00 h.
Early registration conditions:

The announced prices include a discount for early booking and are valid upon booking and payment until the date announced for each hotel or until it is canceled by the hotel
When making a reservation, confirmed under early bird conditions, in case of travel refusal and impossibility to change the travel date, The user loses 100% (one hundred percent) of the deposited amount!
For any change regarding the reservation (period, wanted, means of transport or name of traveller), after initial enrollment, a service fee in the amount of 50 BGN. Not valid when changing all names in a room, which the hotel accepts as a new reservation and is charged according to current price conditions. Any change to a reservation is charged and paid according to the current price conditions at the time of the change.

Fuel tax – The included transport costs in the packages are calculated based on fuel prices in September 2021 Mr. With a significant increase in this component on the date of travel, on the basis of Art. 87, and. 3, Item 1 of the Law on Tourism TOURS CLUB reserves the right to impose a fuel tax.

Passport and visa regime data:

Visa-free regime for citizens with Bulgarian passports
Valid foreign passport or identity card at least 3 month after the end of the holiday
Conditions for travel and hotel accommodation:

Accomodation in the buses is according to the order of registration of the tourists
Accommodation in hotels is after 14:00 h., and the release of the rooms - at the latest by 12:00 h.
When accommodating three adults in a double room, the third bed is of type “additionally”, usually being a sofa bed, therefore the third adult pays a lower price, as per offer
When accommodating two adults with one or two children, the third and fourth beds are almost always sofa beds. Children benefit from a discount only when staying with two full-paying adults!
Bus number, driver's phone number and exact time of departure are communicated two days before departure, as tourists are responsible for informing themselves
Medical insurances are limited to 5000 euro per person, and every tourist has the right to insure himself for a higher amount against an additional payment
The tour operator is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten luggage during the trip or stay at the relevant hotel;
PROMO and ECONOMY rooms in hotels are rooms, advertised at a lower price due to some disadvantage compared to standard rooms - they are often narrower, with final location, on the ground floor, no balcony or terrace, with a smaller bathroom, older furniture or some other problem
Prices of additional field trips in Turkey are determined by the local tour operator. The collection and organization of the excursions on site depends solely on the local tour operator!
If you need to use the medical insurance, you must first contact the company, serving individuals, insured in ZAD “Lev Ince” on the phones indicated on the insurance policy. In case you skip this step, Your insurance will not be applied, and the insurer will not reimburse you for medical services in their full value.

UALL – breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks with local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included. In most hotels, the UALL base also includes some imported drinks, but with some hotels under UALL it is considered 24 classes of the All Inclusive program!
